I see no "Pros" to doing it whatsoever. If you're doing-it just to be legal based-upon this current ATF edict (that's going-to-be overturned) then how do you intend to maintenance the can over time? What happens if you get a baffle strike? What happens when you burnout the can?

There are only pros and no cons to a Wylde chamber in an AR15 barrel. Except maybe needed to clean the chamber at some shorter interval than a 5.56 chamber... and that interval is really long. Full auto? Don’t know, but I’d want the looser 5.56 chamber.
Honestly I'd rather hear the 'pros' of a removable front sight. I've never found a 'con' with a fixed, with or without a magnified optic.
